By car
N1/A1 autobahn signposted Lausanne/Fribourg. Autobahn exit "Bern-Forsthaus" direction "Zentrum" (city centre). After the Insel hospital turn right at the first junction (signposted Interlaken).
Continue along Zieglerstrasse. The Hotel Astoria is immediately in front of the Eigerplatz on the right-hand side of the street.

By public transport
From Berne railway station (short-distance ticket CHF 2.20 per person): Tram number 3, (leaving on "platform J" in the Christoffelgasse), destination "Weissenbühl" or bus number 10, (leaving on "platform I" in the Schauplatzgasse behind department store Loeb), destination "Köniz Schliern", get out at the stop Eigerplatz (both tram or bus).
The Hotel Astoria is located on the opposite side of the road next to a green building about 30 metres on your left.
